On to a New Approach!

Well, it's official, when it comes to Diet and Exercise, I get a BIG FAT F! The Older I get, the less will power I have. I was going to attempt Weight Watchers online, but I just don't want to look at every ingredient and keep up with my points. It's too much of a hassle. I want to be able to eat what I want (in moderation of course) and still lose weight. When I'm watching what I eat, all I think about is FOOD!!!! So, I'm on to trying something new. I have been introduced to SENSA!!!

Apparently, I can eat whatever I want and all I have to do is sprinkle Sensa on my food and let it work! I can just carry this shaker around in my purse and have it wherever I go. I feel like I've pushed the Easy Button!!  Kelly Ripa talked about it on Regis and Kelly and of course she explained it all in the funniest possible way I can imagine.  LOVE HER!!!!  CHECK HER OUT!!!
I started using Sensa today! I sprinkled it on everything I ate, which really wasn't much because after sprinkling it on my breakfast, I felt pretty satisfied all day. I was expecting some kind of weird taste, but I didn't taste a thing!! AWESOME!! I also received a Powder for my Water (Energy-Enhancing Vitamin drink)and it actually tasted really good. It has Maqui Berry which is one of the highest rated antioxidants, Green Tea which is suppose to increase your energy and enhance your metabolism and Vitamins that build tissue and support body functioning. (Lord knows I need all of the above!!!!!) I actually did feel energy after drinking it.  If the YMCA had been open today, I might have just dragged my butt up there!

Last, but not least, I received some Sensa Chews (Chocolate Fudge, YUM!!)
Anything that is Chocolate and can help control my Appetite and is enhanced with Antioxidants is JUST WHAT MY BODY ORDERED!!!!!

I'm really excited about trying this out! I can't imagine a weight loss program being anymore CONVENIENT! All I can say for now is PLEASE WORK! PLEASE WORK! PLEASE WORK!!!
If you have some time on your hands and want to check out what other bloggers are saying about Sensa,  check out these Sensa Reviews.

Christmas 2005

I don't have any big story to tell....I just wanted to show a few more Christmas Pictures from the past. Life flies by soooo fast. I can't believe these babies are now Seven!!!
This was one of our attempts of a Christmas card in 2005. Bailey had a Really Cute hat that went with her dress, but she REFUSED to wear it! I didnt end up using this one because for some reason I looked Cross eyed and Colton wasn't smiling.

This Picture cracks me up!!! Colton and Corbyn were too busy looking at each other to take the time to look at the camera. I also noticed Colton looks like he was beat up. I don't remember his face being bruised like that. Amazing what we forget.

This was from Christmas at Greg's Parents. Greg always has fun with the Kids toys at Christmas Time.

This one wasn't from Christmas, but I found it on the same Memory card and decided to share it. These babies were so sweet at that age!!!!

Christmas 2009

Christmas 2010 (Kinley's first Christmas)

I wish I could post them all, but that would take a REALLY LONG TIME!!!!
I'll post more as I come across them. You guys have made Christmas really fun for me!!!!

Love You,

Jack and Jill

Bailey has been BEGGING me to take her to see Jack and Jill. This is a movie about Twins (Boy and Girl, both played by Adam Sandler) Greg LOVES his Football, so yesterday Colton, Bailey and I decided to leave him with the Baby and his Football and head to the Movies. It's been a while since just the three of us have gone to the movies, and I was excited that we got to have this time together. First stop, CVS for Candy. I love the Movies, but not the prices. We all got our box of Candy and headed toward the theatre. The Minute we walked in, there sat Santa. The kids didn't even wait for me to say go ahead, they just ran on up and plopped down in his lap. They were halfway through their list by the time I got the camera out of my purse.
Being the trained the kids that they are, as soon as they saw the camera come out, they stopped what they were saying and said CHEESE!!!!!

Once the picture was taken, they went on with their conversation. Bailey talks to everyone like they're her long lost friend, so she was just yapping it up. Colton did manage to get a word in.

We went on to the Counter to get Popcorn and a Drink...While we were standing there, Colton was really concentrating on the candy behind the glass. He looks up and just as I'm about to say, don't even ask for Candy....hoping he wouldn't say anything about the Candy we smuggled in, he says, "Can you believe this???? THEY WANT $4.50 FOR 8 TWIZZLERS!!! ARE THEY CRAZY!!! My 7 year old is officially his father!!!! He also was not shy about letting his opinion be known when he heard the girl behind the counter say, "That will be $12.50. He says, "$12.50 FOR POPCORN AND A COKE, IT COST A FORTUNE JUST TO GO TO THE MOVIES!!!!" We finally got to our seats, and enjoyed the movie. It was an especially cute movie for us to see because my Babies are Twins too. We had a Great Time.....and then we did a little shopping. We ran into Kirklands to look at their Christmas decorations, and I saw this really cute Gingerbread house. It was $12.50 and it was made out of styrofoam but it was REALLY CUTE!!! Next thing I know....$12.50 FOR A PIECE OF STYROFOAM THAT THE BABY IS PROBABLY JUST GOING TO EAT, says my son. Do you know how many BB's I could buy with $12.50. O.K. Colton, I know how you feel,so you don't have to keep pointing out how much everything cost. We left without the Gingerbread house and ended up at the Dollar Store!!! I loved getting to spend alone time with "Babies". Love them :)

One more thing before I go.....Here's Jake's photo from this morning. When we got up, he had made a zip line going from the Christmas Tree to the back door. The kids LOVED it!!!

Lazy, Cozy, Snuggly, Rainy Days.......

I love Rainy Days!!!! We haven't had many rainy days in a long time, but today it is a lazy, cozy, snuggly rainy day! I woke up this morning to the sound of my Husband telling the kids to wait until Mommy gets up so she can take a picture. I opened my eyes only to find that it was still dark in my room so naturally I thought it was the middle of the night. My kids are acting as if it is Christmas Morning and are trying to wake me up without making it obvious that they are trying to wake me up. I decided to give them what they wanted since they were so excited and I slowly walked down the hallway. As soon as I was spotted, I hear Mama, Mama!!!!! Come look what Jake did!!! He is the best elf ever!!!! You would have thought that he had left them a pile of gifts or something. I followed them into the kitchen to check out what the Best elf in the world had done. There he was sitting in a bowl sipping on some milk out of a shot glass and eating an oreo. He had also spelled out his name in Big Giant Peppermint flavored Marshmallows. What a Guy!!!

I took my pictures and then the kids started eating away on the Candy Canes. Breakfast for Champions!!!! (During the Holidays that is!)
After our REAL Breakfast, everyone scattered.

Bailey sat down to watch a little CMT. Actually one video came on (Lauren Alaina's "Like My Mother Does) and Bailey is watching it, rewinding it, watching it, rewinding it....this might go on all day if I let it!
When I asked her to Smile, she said, "You're not taking this picture so you can go blog about how lazy I am, are you???"

Colton, Greg and Kinley headed out to the Man Cave aka Garage. There is a table, fridge, couch....and normal garage stuff out there, but recently we added a blow up mattress....It wasn't meant for the garage, but when the kids saw the Box they immediately wanted to see it blown up. So, the Garage is where it has stayed. Here the three amigos are chillin' in the Garage.
Funny enough, when I took this picture, Greg said, "You don't have to go post this on facebook!" Does this family think I only take pictures for the sole purpose of posting them somewhere on the internet!!!! HeeHeeHee!!!

Next....Me....I am sitting on my bed with the door to the outside open enjoying the cool air and the sound of the rain falling....listening to Christmas music and blogging. I can't ask for much more.

Luckily, these days come few and far between....It makes me enjoy them even more. If they happened everyday, I might not realize how Great this is!

Hope everyone is having a Great Sunday!!!!!

The Perfect "Elf" Plan!!!!!

Our Elf Jake decided to make his stop in the Kids bathroom last night, but first he found some lipstick and decided to write all over the mirror with it.
Please excuse the Dirty Mirror. Apparently cleaning the mirror before he writes on it is not his thing!
I don't know if you can see it real good, but it says, Please Be nice to each other. Love, Jake (See Jake hanging out in the bottom right hand corner)
When the kids saw this, you would have thought someone had slapped them with a nice stick! Just call us the Cleavers!!!!!! Now I have proof that my Children do know how to be nice to each other. I also have proof that it is possible to brush my daughters hair in the morning without the screaming and crying. I'm talking, "Mommy, if there are bumps in my hair, it's o.k. if you want to take the pony tail out and start over!" WHAT!!!!!!!! I'm use to, JUST LEAVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could get use to this new found Joy!!! I'm going to have a little talk with Jake today and see if he can't help me out!!!! I don't care if he has to write on the walls, this is what I would like him to ask my Children to do!

1. Please clean your rooms and sing Christmas Carols while doing it!
2. Please keep the water in the tub when your taking a shower.
3. Please put your dirty clothes in the Laundry room and not on the floor.
4. Please put your dishes in the dishwasher instead of leaving them wherever.
5. Please make sure you do everything your Mommy says.
6. Please flush the toilet when you are done.
7. Please make your bed in the Morning.
8. Please pick up your toys every night before you go to bed.
9. Please give BIG HUGS to each other at least once a day!
10. Please practice your spelling words everyday!!!!

I could go on, but I don't want to sound like a slave driver!!!! Hopefully Jake can help me out. I mean he is MAGIC!!!!!
Hope everyone has a Great Weekend!!!!

Here are some more Global Elf sightings......
I love this!!!! Elf tangled up in Christmas Lights!

This Elf is named Markle.....Too Cute!!!!

This one is named Elvis and he's having a snowball fight with a friend!!!!

Here's Jake yesterday. He brought the kids The Elf's Story. It was so cute!!!! We watched it twice in a row and the kids were positive they saw Jake in the Movie.
