My Last Weekend of 2011

My Year ended on a Great Note.  Friday Morning I picked Bailey up from her slumber party. 
This is her about an hour after we got home.......

It looks like somebody can't handle staying up until 1:30am.......  It was time to start packing and getting ready to head to the Deer Lease for the Weekend.  Kinley has been going to the Deer Lease since she was 3 weeks old.  It's like a second home to her and she was happy to be there.

The next day we decided to go for a hike.  We've been on this lease for years and never walked up the Mountains.....not really....they're just hills, but my calves beg to differ.    I knew the place was Beautiful, but it's a whole new Beautiful from the top.

We found several cactus patches at the top.  This one was pretty cool.  It was shaped like a Heart and was just a little taller than all the rest in it's patch.

Colton and Klay kept running ahead of us, but I did manage to catch him for a picture. 

After that the day consisted of Wal-Mart, Sonic and a trip to the Fireworks stand.  The Kids wanted to go Ice skating so we loaded up around 5:00pm and headed to downtown Fredericksburg only to find out that the rink had closed at 2:00pm....We were bummed until we started walking back towards the car and saw a horse and carriage sitting by the curb!!!! YAY!!!!! We didn't hesitate to Jump on.  It was really nice.  The Weather was perfect and the lights in town were Beautiful.

After looking at the lights, we headed back to camp.

We ended the night with Burgers and fireworks.....We didn't make it until midnight.
